The End of My Favorite Source of Points?

a close up of a phone screen

Not even a week after my interview with Million Mile Secrets where I proclaimed TopGuest to be my least expected and most loved source of hotel points, I’ve had two disappointments.

Invalid request error occurred.

Apparently TopGuest stopped partnering with United only days before the interview went up. And Mommy Points shared the news today that June 30th is the last day to earn Best Western Rewards. Fortunately you can still earn Hilton HHonors and Priority Club Rewards with check ins, as well as Virgin America points, but who knows how long that will last.

I’m particularly saddened by the lost of Best Western Rewards, because I’ve only recently realized their value (when I was researching who to vote for in the Freddie Awards) and broad redemption options. So hurry to check in to a Best Western in the next 5 days and get your 125 points while you can.
